Mike Gandolfo
I'm the Broker/Owner of RE Solutions — an award-winning boutique brokerage in Louisville, Kentucky. For 15+ years, I've helped agents build businesses they're proud of: relational, repeatable, and built on trust.
Tim Hooper and I created the Trust Factor framework — High Tech + High Touch × High Trust — because I kept watching talented agents burn out chasing tactics instead of building systems. The formula works because it's built around who you actually are, not who the industry tells you to be.
Outside the office, I'm a family man, a serious home cook, and a former college basketball coach. My Italian heritage, food, family, and faith shapes everything I do. I'd rather be a person of influence than a content influencer.
